Celso Neto will return to the Skip Barber Racing stable in 2024, piloting the No. 22 Acura Integra Type S in the TCX class of TC America powered by the Skip Barber Racing School. Neto collected nine podiums, including a win at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway last season in the TC class.
Neto will be at the wheel of the latest venture for the Skip Barber Racing School: an entry into the top class of TC America powered by the Skip Barber Racing School where it will compete for overall race wins. The Acura Integra joins entries in GR Cup North America that will make their debut in 2024 with Skip Barber Racing.
“I chose Skip Barber Racing for this season because I know they have all the right tools to be successful and support me in the case of emergencies,” said Neto, who is the youngest podium-finisher in the history of the Brazilian Touring Car Championship.
The highlight of his 2023 season came at Indianapolis Motor Speedway where the team completed an overnight repair on the car and allowed Neto to climb four spots on lap one of the race before cruising to his maiden victory at the famed speedway.
