Prime Video will be a presenting sponsor of Kyle Larson’s second attempt to complete the Memorial Day weekend double consisting of the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, with branding on both of his race cars as well as an upcoming documentary.
Larson’s first try at the double last year was thwarted when he failed to race at the 600 because it was rain-shortened. His second bid is being dubbed “the #Hendrick1100 presented by Prime Video.”
Prime Video will chronicle the two-year journey Larson has been working on to run both races, with filming having begun in October 2023. The finished product, which has not yet been titled, is slated to drop on Prime Video next year and will be directed by Cynthia Hill, produced by Markay Media, Imagine Documentaries, and Hendrick Motorsports in association with NASCAR Studios and Penske Entertainment.

“Kyle’s double attempt is one of the most exciting storylines in all of sports, and we’re thrilled to be part of it,” said Stacey Rosenson, Head of U.S. Sports Marketing, Prime Video. “As we prepare to broadcast our first NASCAR Cup Series race with the Coca-Cola 600, having this kind of historic moment unfold live on Prime Video – and capturing it in a documentary film – is a truly unique opportunity. We’re looking forward to sponsoring Kyle’s effort and taking fans inside the intensity and emotion that go with it.”
Larson was named Rookie of the Year at the 2024 Indy 500. As the fifth driver to attempt the double, Larson qualified fifth and finished 18th after a late-race speeding penalty.
