Conor Daly and pharmaceutical company Mannkind have reunited at Juncos Hollinger Racing for multiple races this season. Starting at this weekend’s Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, Mannkind’s cheeky messaging will return to Daly’s sidepods and return at Detroit and World Wide Technology Raceway.
“I’m really happy to keep working with MannKind,” Daly said of the No. 76 Chevy. “I’ve learned so much from a lot of the folks there and we have been able to tell an incredible story. They have helped me share my Type 1 diabetes (T1D) story with so many around the world, so to be able to represent Mannkind and tell my story living with Type 1 diabetes is really amazing.”
Meyer Shank Racing will also have a change in livery for Long Beach with the ongoing support for Marcus Armstrong from insurance company Root as the primary sponsor of his No. 66 Honda. After Long Beach, Root will take the primary sponsor position at Detroit, Laguna Seca, and Nashville Speedway.
